COLLECTIVEFIELD FLUCTUATIONS AROUND THE WALL SOLUTION OF THE
CHERNSIMONS THEORY

We consider a largeN ChernSimons theory for the attractive bosonic matter (JackiwPi
model) in the Hamiltonian collectivefield approach based on the 1/N expansion. We
show that the dynamics of lowlying density fluctuations around the semiclassical wall
solution is governed by the Calogero Hamiltonian . The relationship between the
ChernSimons coupling constant k and the statistical
parameter l signalizes some sort of statistical transmutation
accompanying the dimensional reduction of the initial problem.
